What is included in a first ear-care visit?+
First Encounter · Pure Ear Care is a 30-minute HK$280 service. It includes an endoscopic ear canal check and assessment, professional ear cleaning and outer ear cleansing.
What is the difference between the services?+
Each First Encounter service is 30 minutes at HK$280: Pure Ear Care, Head, Shoulder & Neck Massage, or Ear Candling. Sleep-Ease Ear Care is 50 minutes at HK$380 with a warm eye compress, outer ear acupressure massage and head, shoulder and neck massage. Deep Sleep · Ear Care & Candling is 60 minutes at HK$580 with ear candling and shoulder and neck lymphatic massage.
Is SOVA a medical or diagnostic service?+
No. SOVA provides non-medical ear-care, ear-candling and massage services. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical care. If you have ear pain, discharge, bleeding or another concerning symptom, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
