The most common question before a first visit is, “What will happen?” In short, it begins with a quiet check-in, followed by your ear-care session.

Ear care starts with an endoscopic ear canal check and assessment. This is not a diagnosis — it lets the practitioner understand the current state of your ears and adjust the pace and approach accordingly. This is followed by professional ear cleaning and outer ear cleansing.

Because SOVA hosts one guest per appointment, the room and the time are prepared only for you. There is no rush and no shared space.
