How to Choose Between SOVA’s Five Services

SOVA offers five services: three First Encounter options (each 30 minutes, HK$280) — Pure Ear Care, Head, Shoulder & Neck Massage and Ear Candling — plus Sleep-Ease Ear Care (50 minutes, HK$380) and Deep Sleep · Ear Care & Candling (60 minutes, HK$580).

If it is your first time, or you simply want the essentials of ear care, First Encounter · Pure Ear Care is enough. For a relaxed head, shoulder and neck massage, choose First Encounter · Head, Shoulder & Neck Massage; to discover ear candling, choose First Encounter · Ear Candling.

If you would like a little more relaxation alongside ear care, Sleep-Ease adds a warm eye compress, outer ear acupressure massage and head, shoulder and neck massage.

If you have more time and want a fuller rest, Deep Sleep adds ear candling and shoulder and neck lymphatic massage.

When in doubt, start with First Encounter and go deeper on a later visit.
